DLGAP5 (Discs Large Homolog Associated Protein 5), also referenced as DLG7 and HURP, is a microtubule-associated kinetochore protein that supports proper mitotic spindle assembly, chromosome congression, and stable kinetochore-microtubule attachment during cell division.
