Anti-DLGAP5 Antibody

This Rabbit polyclonal antibody from Antibodies.com targets DLGAP5 (also referred to as HURP) and is validated for Western blot and immunocytochemistry/immunofluorescence applications. Raised in Rabbit and supplied as an unconjugated IgG, the reagent has been validated for use with Human samples.

The antibody was generated against a recombinant fusion protein corresponding to amino acids 547–846 of human DLGAP5 (NP_055565.3) and is purified by affinity chromatography. The manufacturer indicates a molecular weight of 120 kDa. The product is supplied as a liquid in Phosphate Buffered Saline (pH 7.3) containing 50% glycerol and 0.02% sodium azide, and is shipped at 4°C.

Recommended working dilutions are 1:500–1:2,000 for Western blot and 1:50–1:200 for ICC/IF. Upon receipt, aliquots should be stored at –20°C, with repeated freeze/thaw cycles avoided. Concentration is reported as lot-specific.
