Anti-DLG4 Antibody

A primary antibody from Antibodies.com, this rabbit polyclonal reagent is raised against PSD95, also referred to as DLG4. It is of the IgG isotype and unconjugated, supplied as a liquid in Phosphate Buffered Saline at pH 7.3 with 50% glycerol and 0.05% Proclin 300. The corresponding target protein has a molecular weight of 95 kDa. The antibody is validated for Western blot (WB) and immunocytochemistry/immunofluorescence (ICC/IF) and reacts with Human, Mouse, and Rat samples.

Concentration is reported as lot specific, and the product is purified by affinity methods. Recommended dilutions are WB: 1:100–1:500 and ICC/IF: 1:50–1:200. The immunogen is a recombinant fusion protein corresponding to amino acids 420–510 of human PSD95 (NP_001308004.1). The antibody is shipped at 4°C; upon delivery it should be aliquoted and stored at -20°C, avoiding freeze/thaw cycles.
