Anti-DLG4 Antibody

From Antibodies.com, this Rabbit polyclonal antibody targets PSD95/DLG4. It is unconjugated, of IgG isotype, and supplied as a liquid. Validated for Western blot (WB) and reactive with Human, Mouse and Rat samples.

Purified by affinity chromatography and formulated in Phosphate Buffered Saline (pH 7.3) containing 50% Glycerol and 0.02% Sodium Azide. The immunogen is a synthetic peptide corresponding to amino acids 1–100 of human PSD95 (NP_001122299.1), and the target protein has a reported molecular weight of 98 kDa.

Recommended WB dilution is 1:500–1:2,000. The antibody is shipped at 4°C; on receipt it should be aliquoted and stored at −20°C, avoiding repeated freeze/thaw cycles.
