Anti-DLG1 Antibody

From Antibodies.com, this rabbit polyclonal antibody is raised against a recombinant fusion protein corresponding to amino acids 1–190 of human DLG1, also referred to as SAP97. The unconjugated IgG reagent is supplied as a liquid formulation in Phosphate Buffered Saline, pH 7.3, with 50% glycerol and 0.02% sodium azide, and has been purified by affinity chromatography. The reported molecular weight is 114 kDa.

Validated applications include Western blot at 1:500–1:2,000 and immunocytochemistry/immunofluorescence at 1:50–1:200. Reactivity has been demonstrated with human, mouse, and rat samples. The antibody is shipped at 4°C; upon delivery it should be aliquoted and stored at –20°C, with freeze/thaw cycles avoided.
