Description
Produced by Antibodies.com, this rabbit polyclonal antibody is raised against DLD and supplied in unconjugated form. The reagent is validated for WB, IHC and IF applications and reacts with Human, Mouse and Rat samples.
The antibody was generated using recombinant full length Human DLD as the immunogen and detects endogenous levels of the DLD protein. It has been affinity-purified from rabbit antiserum by affinity-chromatography using epitope-specific immunogen, with a stated purity greater than 95% as determined by SDS-PAGE. The target protein has a reported molecular weight of approximately 54 kDa. The product is formulated at 1 mg/ml in PBS with 0.1% Sodium Azide and 50% Glycerol.
