Anti-DLAT Antibody

This rabbit polyclonal antibody from Antibodies.com recognizes dihydrolipoamide S-acetyltransferase (DLAT), the E2 subunit of the pyruvate dehydrogenase complex that catalyzes acetyl group transfer during conversion of pyruvate to acetyl-CoA in the mitochondrial matrix. DLAT localizes to mitochondria and supports proper function of the multi-enzyme PDC, linking glycolysis to the citric acid cycle.
