Anti-DLAT Antibody

Produced by Antibodies.com, this rabbit polyclonal IgG antibody recognises human DLAT (Pyruvate Dehydrogenase E2). It was raised against a recombinant fusion protein containing a sequence corresponding to amino acids 1–290 of human DLAT (NP_001922.2) and has been affinity purified. The unconjugated reagent is supplied as a liquid in phosphate buffered saline (pH 7.3) containing 50% glycerol and 0.02% sodium azide, and reacts with human, mouse and rat samples. Recommended applications are Western blot and immunocytochemistry/immunofluorescence, with suggested starting dilutions of 1:500–1:2,000 for WB and 1:20–1:50 for ICC/IF. The target protein has a reported molecular weight of 69 kDa. The antibody is shipped at 4°C and should be aliquoted and stored at -20°C, avoiding repeated freeze/thaw cycles.
