Anti-DKK3 Antibody

From Antibodies.com, this rabbit polyclonal antibody targets DKK3, also known as Dickkopf-3, Dickkopf-related protein 3, Dkk-3, hDkk-3 and REIC. The unconjugated reagent is of the IgG isotype and supplied at a concentration of 1.0 mg/mL.

The antibody is validated for Western blot (WB) and immunocytochemistry/immunofluorescence (ICC/IF) applications and reacts with human, mouse and rat samples. It was raised against recombinant human DKK3 protein and purified by affinity purification using the immunogen, enabling detection of endogenous levels of total DKK3 protein. The formulation is phosphate-buffered saline (pH 7.4) containing 150 mM NaCl, 0.02% sodium azide and 50% glycerol.

The product is shipped at 4°C; upon delivery it should be aliquoted and stored at -20°C, avoiding repeated freeze/thaw cycles.
