DKK3, also called Dickkopf-3 or REIC, is a secreted glycoprotein that modulates the Wnt/β-catenin pathway and has been characterized as a tumor suppressor in several tissues. The Anti-DKK3 Antibody from Antibodies.com is a rabbit polyclonal reagent supplied at 100 µl, unconjugated, and validated for western blot and immunohistochemistry workflows. It detects the human DKK3 protein and cross-reacts with mouse and rat orthologs, making it useful for translational studies that span rodent models and human specimens. In published work, DKK3 expression has been examined in renal, prostate, lung, and glioma samples, and altered levels have been reported in Alzheimer's disease brain tissue and in cardiomyocytes under stress. Researchers commonly use antibodies like this one to probe Wnt-pathway dysregulation, assess tumor-suppressor status in cancer panels, or track DKK3 release in conditioned media. Store the vial refrigerated and protect from light to preserve reactivity across multiple freeze-thaw cycles.
