Anti-DKC1 Antibody

Produced by Antibodies.com, this rabbit polyclonal antibody recognises DKC1/Dyskerin and is validated for Western Blot (WB), Immunohistochemistry (IHC), and Immunocytochemistry/Immunofluorescence (ICC/IF) applications. It reacts with human, mouse, and rat samples and is supplied as an unconjugated IgG antibody in liquid form.

The reagent was raised against a recombinant fusion protein corresponding to amino acids 245-514 of human DKC1 (NP_001354.1) and was affinity-purified. The target has a molecular weight of 43 kDa. It is formulated in Phosphate Buffered Saline, pH 7.3, containing 50% glycerol and 0.02% sodium azide.

Recommended dilutions are 1:500-1:2,000 for WB, 1:50-1:200 for IHC, and 1:50-1:200 for ICC/IF. The antibody is shipped at 4°C; on receipt, aliquots should be stored at -20°C and freeze/thaw cycles avoided.
