Description
Rabbit polyclonal antibody raised against DISC1, supplied unconjugated by Antibodies.com. The reagent is validated for Western blot (WB) and immunohistochemistry (IHC) applications and reacts with Human, Mouse and Rat samples.
It was raised against recombinant full-length human DISC1 and detects endogenous levels of DISC1 protein. The antibody is affinity-purified from rabbit antiserum by affinity chromatography using an epitope-specific immunogen, with purity greater than 95% as determined by SDS-PAGE. The target protein migrates at approximately 100 kDa. The product is supplied at 1 mg/ml in PBS with 0.1% Sodium Azide and 50% Glycerol. Two scientific validation images are available.
