Anti-Dis2 (phospho T316) Antibody

Produced by Antibodies.com, this rabbit polyclonal antibody specifically recognizes the Dis2 protein phosphatase of Schizosaccharomyces pombe when phosphorylated at threonine 316. Dis2 is the fission yeast ortholog of mammalian PP1, and phosphorylation at T316 modulates its mitotic function and subcellular localization during cell division.

The reagent is supplied as a liquid preparation in a 50 µl volume and is validated for western blot detection of phospho-T316 Dis2 in S. pombe cell extracts.
