Anti-Dio-1 (S186) Antibody

From Antibodies.com, this rabbit polyclonal antibody is raised against Dio-1 (S186) and supplied unconjugated at 1 mg/ml in phosphate buffered saline (PBS) with 0.05% sodium azide at approximately pH 7.2. The immunogen is a synthetic peptide corresponding to amino acids 154–198 of human Dio-1, and the reagent specifically detects endogenous levels of Dio-1 protein.

Validated for Western blot (WB) and immunohistochemistry (IHC), the antibody reacts with human, mouse and rat samples. It has been affinity-purified from rabbit antiserum by epitope-specific affinity chromatography, with purity greater than 95% by SDS-PAGE, and the target protein has a reported molecular weight of approximately 244 kDa.
