Anti-DIMT1 Antibody

Manufactured by Antibodies.com within its Primary Antibodies range, this product is a rabbit polyclonal antibody raised against DIMT1. It is unconjugated, with IgG as the isotype, and was generated using recombinant full length Human DIMT1 as immunogen. The reagent detects endogenous levels of DIMT1 protein and is validated for Western Blot (WB) and Immunohistochemistry (IHC) applications. Reactivity is reported with Human, Mouse and Rat samples.

The antibody is supplied at 1mg/ml in PBS with 0.1% Sodium Azide and 50% Glycerol. Affinity-purification from rabbit antiserum by affinity-chromatography using an epitope-specific immunogen yields a purity greater than 95% by SDS-PAGE, while the target protein is reported at a molecular weight of approximately 35kDa.
