Anti-DIMT1 Antibody

A rabbit polyclonal primary antibody from Antibodies.com targets DIMT1 and is validated for Western blot (WB) and immunohistochemistry (IHC) on human, mouse and rat samples. The unconjugated IgG reagent is raised in rabbit. According to the manufacturer's data sheet, the immunogen is a recombinant fusion protein containing a sequence corresponding to amino acids 1–126 of human DIMT1 (NP_055288.1).

The antibody has a predicted molecular weight of approximately 35 kDa and is supplied as a liquid in Phosphate Buffered Saline (pH 7.3) containing 50% glycerol and 0.02% sodium azide. It is affinity-purified and is shipped at 4 °C. Upon delivery it should be aliquoted and stored at −20 °C, with freeze/thaw cycles avoided. Recommended working dilutions are 1:500–1:2,000 for WB and 1:50–1:100 for IHC.
