Anti-DIL-2 Antibody

This Antibodies.com primary antibody is a rabbit polyclonal reagent raised against DIL-2 and supplied unconjugated at 1.0 mg/mL. The product is formulated in phosphate buffered saline (without Mg²⁺ and Ca²⁺), pH 7.4, containing 150 mM NaCl, 0.02% sodium azide and 50% glycerol, and was affinity-purified from rabbit antiserum by affinity chromatography using an epitope-specific immunogen synthesised from the internal region of human DIL-2.

The reagent is validated for Western blot (WB) and immunohistochemistry (IHC) and reacts with human and mouse samples, detecting endogenous levels of total DIL-2 protein. It is shipped at 4 °C and should be aliquoted and stored at −20 °C, with freeze/thaw cycles avoided.
