Anti-DIDO1 Antibody

Manufactured by Antibodies.com as a research-grade primary antibody, this rabbit polyclonal reagent targets the death-inducer obliterator 1 protein (also referenced as DATF-1, C20orf158, KIAA0333 and hDido1) and was raised against a recombinant human DIDO1 immunogen. The antibody is affinity-purified and supplied unconjugated in a phosphate-buffered saline formulation (pH 7.4) containing 150 mM NaCl, 0.02% sodium azide and 50% glycerol, at a protein concentration of approximately 1.0 mg/mL. The 50 µL pack size provides a practical volume for Western blot validation, the application for which this product is certified on the supplier datasheet, where it specifically detects the endogenous level of total human DIDO1. The host species is rabbit, the clonality is polyclonal (IgG isotype), and the conjugate is unconjugated, leaving the user free to pair the reagent with HRP- or fluorophore-conjugated secondary antibodies of their choice.
