Anti-DIAPH3 Antibody

The antibody has a molecular weight of 137 kDa and is purified by affinity chromatography. It is formulated in Phosphate Buffered Saline (pH 7.3) containing 50% glycerol and 0.02% sodium azide. The immunogen is a recombinant fusion protein corresponding to amino acids 630–849 of human DIAPH3 (NP_112194.2). The isotype is IgG, and recommended WB dilutions range from 1:500 to 1:2,000, with concentration reported as lot specific.
