Anti-DIAPH2 Antibody

This rabbit polyclonal antibody, available from Antibodies.com, is raised against DIAPH2 (also referred to as DIA) and is validated for use in Western Blotting. The unconjugated IgG reagent is reactive with Human, Mouse and Rat samples.

The immunogen is a recombinant fusion protein containing a sequence corresponding to amino acids 1-120 of human DIAPH2 (NP_009293.1). The target protein has a molecular weight of 125 kDa. The antibody is supplied as a liquid formulation in Phosphate Buffered Saline, pH 7.3, containing 50% Glycerol and 0.02% Sodium Azide, and has been purified by affinity chromatography.

For Western Blotting, a recommended dilution range of 1:1,000 to 1:2,000 is suggested. The product is shipped at 4°C; upon delivery, it should be aliquoted and stored at -20°C, with freeze/thaw cycles avoided.
