Description
Rabbit polyclonal antibody to DIAPH1 from Antibodies.com, raised against recombinant full length human DIAPH1 and validated for Western blot (WB) and immunohistochemistry (IHC) applications. The unconjugated antibody is reactive with human, mouse and rat samples and detects endogenous levels of DIAPH1 protein. The host species is rabbit and the clonality is polyclonal.
The product is supplied at 1mg/ml in PBS with 0.1% Sodium Azide and 50% Glycerol. The reported molecular weight is approximately 141 and 150 kDa. The antibody was affinity-purified from rabbit antiserum by affinity-chromatography using an epitope-specific immunogen, with purity greater than 95% as determined by SDS-PAGE.
