Anti-DIABLO Antibody

A primary antibody from Antibodies.com, raised in rabbit as a polyclonal reagent against DIABLO. The unconjugated antibody is validated for Western blot (WB), immunohistochemistry (IHC) and immunocytochemistry/immunofluorescence (ICC/IF), and it reacts with Human, Mouse and Rat samples.

Supplied at 1mg/ml in PBS with 0.1% Sodium Azide and 50% Glycerol, the antibody is generated using recombinant full length Human DIABLO as immunogen and detects endogenous levels of DIABLO protein. It has been affinity-purified from rabbit antiserum by affinity-chromatography using an epitope-specific immunogen, with purity greater than 95% as determined by SDS-PAGE. The expected molecular weight is approximately 27 kDa. Three scientific validation images accompany the product.
