Anti-DIABLO Antibody

This unconjugated rabbit polyclonal antibody from Antibodies.com targets DIABLO, also known as Smac, a mitochondrial intermembrane protein that is released into the cytosol during apoptosis, where it binds and neutralizes inhibitor of apoptosis proteins (IAPs) and permits caspase activation downstream of mitochondrial outer membrane permeabilization.
