Anti-DIABLO Antibody

A rabbit polyclonal antibody from Antibodies.com raised against DIABLO, also known as Smac/Diablo. The antibody is unconjugated, of the IgG isotype, and is supplied as a liquid preparation. It is validated for use in Western blot (WB), immunohistochemistry (IHC) and immunoprecipitation (IP) applications, and reacts with Human, Mouse and Rat samples.

The immunogen is a recombinant fusion protein containing a sequence corresponding to amino acids 56-239 of human Smac/Diablo (NP_063940.1). The antibody has been affinity purified and is supplied in a phosphate buffered saline formulation at pH 7.3, containing 50% glycerol and 0.01% Thiomersal. The reported molecular weight of the target is 18 kDa.

Recommended dilutions are WB 1:500-1:2,000, IHC 1:50-1:200 and IP 1:50-1:200. The product is shipped at 4°C; on receipt it should be aliquoted and stored at -20°C, with repeated freeze/thaw cycles avoided. Concentration is lot specific.
