Anti-Dia 1 Antibody

This unconjugated rabbit polyclonal reagent from Antibodies.com targets Dia 1 (also known as DIAPH1 or mDia1), a member of the formin family of actin nucleators. Dia 1 catalyzes the assembly of linear actin filaments downstream of RhoA-GTP signaling and participates in stress fiber formation, cytokinesis, focal adhesion turnover, and membrane protrusion events such as filopodia extension.
