Anti-DHX58 Antibody

A rabbit polyclonal antibody raised against DHX58 (also referred to as DHX58/RLR), supplied by Antibodies.com as an unconjugated IgG preparation in liquid form. The immunogen is a recombinant fusion protein corresponding to amino acids 389–678 of human DHX58 (NP_077024.2), and the reagent is affinity purified. It is validated for Western blot and immunocytochemistry/immunofluorescence applications and reacts with human, mouse and rat samples, with the target resolving at approximately 77 kDa.

Recommended starting dilutions are 1:500–1:2,000 for Western blot and 1:50–1:200 for ICC/IF. The antibody is formulated in Phosphate Buffered Saline (pH 7.3) containing 50% glycerol and 0.02% sodium azide. It is shipped at 4°C and should be aliquoted and stored at −20°C, with repeated freeze/thaw cycles avoided. The product is intended for research use only and is not for diagnostic or therapeutic applications.
