Anti-DHX57 Antibody

Rabbit polyclonal antibody to DHX57, supplied by Antibodies.com as an unconjugated IgG reagent validated for WB and reactive with mouse samples. The immunogen is a recombinant fusion protein containing a sequence corresponding to amino acids 700–900 of human DHX57 (NP_945314.1), and the antibody is affinity purified. The product is provided as a liquid in Phosphate Buffered Saline, pH 7.3, with 50% glycerol and 0.01% thiomersal, at a lot-specific concentration, with a reported molecular weight of 150 kDa. For Western blotting, a recommended dilution range of 1:500–1:2,000 is given. The antibody is shipped at 4°C; upon delivery it should be aliquoted and stored at −20°C, with freeze/thaw cycles avoided.
