Anti-DHX30 Antibody

From Antibodies.com, a rabbit polyclonal antibody raised against DHX30 is supplied as an unconjugated liquid reagent. The antibody is validated for Western blot (WB) applications and was generated in rabbit with an IgG isotype.

Reactivity has been confirmed against human, mouse and rat samples. The immunogen is a recombinant fusion protein corresponding to amino acids 906–1155 of human DHX30 (NP_055781.2). The product is supplied in Phosphate Buffered Saline (pH 7.3) containing 50% glycerol and 0.02% sodium azide, and has been affinity purified. Concentration is reported as lot specific. The recommended Western blot dilution range is 1:500–1:2,000, and 1 scientific validation image is available. The antibody is shipped at 4°C; on receipt it should be aliquoted and stored at -20°C, with freeze/thaw cycles avoided. The indicated molecular weight is 129 kDa.

DHX30 (DExH-box helicase 30) is encoded on chromosome 3 (47802909–47850195) and shows low tissue specificity. The protein is predicted to localise to intracellular compartments, with subcellular localisation reported in mitochondria and the cytosol, and belongs to enzyme and disease-related protein families.
