A rabbit polyclonal antibody to DHTKD1 from Antibodies.com, of the IgG isotype and supplied unconjugated as a liquid. It is validated for Western Blot (WB) applications and reactive against Human, Mouse, and Rat samples.
The antibody was raised against a recombinant fusion protein containing a sequence corresponding to amino acids 1-280 of human DHTKD1 (NP_061176.3). The target protein has a molecular weight of 112 kDa. The product is formulated in Phosphate Buffered Saline, pH 7.3, containing 50% glycerol and 0.02% sodium azide, and has been purified by affinity purification.
The recommended working dilution for WB is 1:500-1:2,000. The antibody is shipped at 4°C; upon delivery, aliquot and store at -20°C, avoiding freeze/thaw cycles.
