Description
From Antibodies.com, this is a rabbit polyclonal antibody raised against DHS, specifically the L87 epitope. It is unconjugated and validated for Western blot (WB) applications, reacting with Human, Mouse and Rat samples.
The immunogen is a synthetic peptide corresponding to amino acids 50–100 of Human DHS, and the antibody detects endogenous levels of DHS protein. The product is supplied at 1 mg/ml in Phosphate buffered saline (PBS) with 0.05% sodium azide, at approximately pH 7.2. The target protein runs at a molecular weight of ~45 kDa.
Purification was carried out by affinity-chromatography using the epitope-specific immunogen, and purity is reported as >95% by SDS-PAGE.
