Anti-DHRS4 Antibody

Manufactured by Antibodies.com, this Rabbit polyclonal reagent targets the human DHRS4 protein and is supplied in a 50 µl format at a working concentration of 1.0 mg/mL. The antibody was generated against a synthesized peptide derived from an internal region of human DHRS4 and affinity-purified from rabbit antiserum using epitope-specific affinity chromatography, enabling selective detection of endogenous levels of the target. It is unconjugated, formulated in phosphate buffered saline (without Mg²⁺ and Ca²⁺), pH 7.4, containing 150 mM NaCl, 0.02% sodium azide and 50% glycerol, with an IgG isotype backbone. Validated applications cover Western blotting and immunohistochemistry on human samples. On receipt, the product should be aliquoted and stored at −20 °C, with freeze/thaw cycles avoided; short-term storage at 4 °C is also acceptable.
