Anti-DHRS2 Antibody

From the Antibodies.com primary antibody range, this reagent is a rabbit polyclonal IgG raised against DHRS2 and supplied unconjugated. It has been validated for western blot (WB) and immunocytochemistry/immunofluorescence (ICC/IF) and reacts with human, mouse and rat samples.

The immunogen is a recombinant fusion protein corresponding to amino acids 1–300 of human DHRS2 (NP_878912.1). The antibody is affinity-purified and provided as a liquid. One formulation is supplied in phosphate-buffered saline, pH 7.3, containing 50% glycerol and 0.01% thiomersal; an alternative preparation is supplied in PBS (without Mg²⁺ and Ca²⁺), pH 7.4, containing 150 mM NaCl, 0.02% sodium azide and 50% glycerol. Reported concentration is lot-specific for one variant and 1.0 mg/mL for another. The product is shipped at 4°C; upon delivery it should be aliquoted and stored at –20°C, avoiding repeated freeze/thaw cycles.

Recommended dilutions are 1:500–1:1,000 for WB and 1:10–1:100 for ICC/IF. The reported molecular weight of the DHRS2 target is 27 kDa. The antibody detects endogenous levels of total DHRS2.
