Anti-DHPS Antibody

Manufactured by Antibodies.com, this Rabbit polyclonal reagent targets deoxyhypusine synthase (DHPS), also referred to as DHS or DS, and is supplied as a 50 µL liquid aliquot at 1.0 mg/mL. The antibody is formulated in phosphate-buffered saline (pH 7.4) containing 150 mM NaCl, 0.02% sodium azide and 50% glycerol, and is provided unconjugated for flexible assay design. Affinity purification against a recombinant human DHPS immunogen yields a polyclonal IgG preparation that specifically detects endogenous levels of total DHPS and is validated for Western blot (WB) applications on human, mouse and rat samples, with representative data shown by Western blot analysis of various cell lines. The reagent is intended for research use only and is not approved for diagnostic or therapeutic applications. For routine downstream detection, the polyclonal can be paired with standard rabbit secondaries such as Goat Anti-Rabbit IgG conjugated to HRP, AP, biotin or FITC. To preserve activity, the antibody is shipped at 4 °C; upon receipt it should be aliquoted and stored at −20 °C, with repeated freeze/thaw cycles avoided.
