Anti-DHPS Antibody

Rabbit polyclonal antibody from Antibodies.com targeting DHPS, supplied as a liquid and unconjugated. The antibody is of the IgG isotype and was raised against a recombinant fusion protein corresponding to amino acids 1–369 of human DHPS (NP_001921.1).

Validated for Western blot (WB) applications with reactivity confirmed against Human, Mouse and Rat samples. The recommended WB dilution range is 1:500–1:1,000, and the target protein has a reported molecular weight of 41 kDa. The product is supplied in Phosphate Buffered Saline (pH 7.3) containing 50% glycerol and 0.02% sodium azide, and has been purified by affinity chromatography.

It is shipped at 4°C; upon delivery the antibody should be aliquoted and stored at -20°C, avoiding repeated freeze/thaw cycles. Concentration is lot specific.
