Anti-DHODH Antibody

A polyclonal antibody raised in rabbit is offered by Antibodies.com for the detection of DHODH. The unconjugated IgG reagent is validated for use in Western Blotting, Immunohistochemistry (IHC-P), and ELISA, and reacts with Human, Mouse, and Rat samples.

The antibody was generated against a recombinant fusion protein corresponding to amino acids 116–395 of human DHODH, with a predicted molecular weight of 43 kDa. Recommended working dilutions are 1:500–1:2,000 for Western Blot and 1:100–1:200 for IHC-P. The product is supplied as a liquid in Phosphate Buffered Saline (pH 7.3) containing 50% Glycerol and 0.09% Sodium Azide, and has been affinity purified. It is shipped at 4 °C; upon delivery it should be aliquoted and stored at −20 °C, with freeze/thaw cycles avoided. Four scientific validation images are referenced.
