Manufactured by Antibodies.com, this polyclonal reagent is raised in rabbit against recombinant human dihydrofolate reductase (DHFR) and is affinity-purified using the immunogen. The unconjugated antibody is supplied as a 50 µL liquid stock at 1.0 mg/mL in phosphate-buffered saline (pH 7.4) containing 150 mM NaCl, 0.02% sodium azide and 50% glycerol, and it is validated for Western blot and immunohistochemistry (IHC) applications, with reactivity confirmed against Human, Mouse and Rat samples.
