Description
Rabbit polyclonal antibody to DHFR, supplied by Antibodies.com as a primary antibody for research use. The unconjugated antibody is raised in rabbit and reacts with Human, Mouse and Rat samples. It is validated for Western blot (WB) and immunohistochemistry (IHC) applications.
The immunogen is recombinant full length Human DHFR, and the antibody detects endogenous levels of DHFR protein. The product is supplied at 1 mg/ml in PBS with 0.1% Sodium Azide and 50% Glycerol. It has been affinity-purified from rabbit antiserum by affinity-chromatography using an epitope-specific immunogen, with a stated purity greater than 95% as determined by SDS-PAGE.
The target protein DHFR has a molecular weight of approximately 21 kDa.
