Dihydrodiol dehydrogenase (DHDH) is an NAD(P)+-dependent oxidoreductase that converts trans-dihydrodiols of polycyclic aromatic hydrocarbons into catechols, contributing to phase I xenobiotic transformation pathways.
Offered by Antibodies.com, this primary antibody reagent is a rabbit polyclonal IgG raised against DHDH. It is unconjugated and validated for Western blot detection in human, mouse, and rat samples.
Each vial contains 100 µL of polyclonal antibody in a liquid formulation suitable for immunoblotting of cell lysates and tissue homogenates. As a research use only reagent, it supports laboratory investigations of DHDH expression in hepatic, renal, and extrahepatic tissues, including studies of aryl hydrocarbon receptor signaling and toxicology. The unconjugated format allows flexible pairing with user-selected secondary antibodies and detection chemistries.
