Anti-DHCR7 Antibody

Investigators studying cholesterol biosynthesis, membrane sterol homeostasis, and SLOS pathology use anti-DHCR7 antibodies to assess enzyme expression in cultured cell lines, patient-derived fibroblasts, and tissue lysates by Western blot.
