Anti-DHCR24 Antibody

A polyclonal antibody from Antibodies.com is raised in rabbit against DHCR24 and supplied unconjugated. Validated for Western Blotting, the antibody reacts with Human, Mouse and Rat samples. The immunogen is a recombinant protein of human DHCR24, and the antibody was purified by affinity purification using the immunogen. It is reported to detect endogenous levels of total DHCR24.

The reagent is provided at 1.0 mg/mL in phosphate-buffered saline (pH 7.4) containing 150 mM NaCl, 0.02% sodium azide and 50% glycerol. It is shipped at 4°C and should be aliquoted and stored at -20°C, with freeze/thaw cycles avoided.
