Anti-DGKI Antibody

Supplied by Antibodies.com as a Primary Antibody, this rabbit polyclonal IgG reagent targets DGKI. The unconjugated product is validated for Western blot (WB) and immunocytochemistry/immunofluorescence (ICC/IF), and shows reactivity with Human and Rat samples.

The immunogen is a synthesized peptide derived from the C-terminal of human DGKI, and the antibody specifically detects endogenous levels of total DGKI protein. It is provided at a concentration of 1.0 mg/mL in phosphate buffered saline (without Mg2+ and Ca2+), pH 7.4, with 150 mM NaCl, 0.02% sodium azide and 50% glycerol. The antibody has been affinity-purified from rabbit antiserum by affinity chromatography using the epitope-specific immunogen.
