Anti-DGKA Antibody

A rabbit polyclonal antibody directed against DGKA, offered within the Antibodies.com primary antibodies range. The unconjugated IgG reagent is validated for Western blot and reacts with Human, Mouse and Rat samples.

It was raised against a recombinant fusion protein encompassing amino acids 1-200 of human DGKA (NP_958852.1), and the antibody was affinity-purified. The product is supplied as a liquid preparation in Phosphate Buffered Saline (pH 7.3) containing 50% glycerol and 0.02% sodium azide, with a lot-specific concentration and a reported molecular weight of 80 kDa. The recommended Western blot working dilution is 1:100-1:500. It is shipped at 4°C and, upon delivery, should be aliquoted and stored at -20°C, with freeze/thaw cycles avoided.
