Anti-DGK-θ (S725) Antibody

A rabbit polyclonal antibody from Antibodies.com targeting diacylglycerol kinase theta (DGK-θ) and recognising the S725 epitope region of the protein.

The reagent was raised against a synthetic peptide corresponding to amino acids 700-750 of human DGK-θ and was affinity-purified from rabbit antiserum by affinity chromatography using the epitope-specific immunogen; the resulting purity is greater than 95% as determined by SDS-PAGE. The antibody is supplied unconjugated at 1 mg/ml in phosphate buffered saline (PBS) containing 0.05% sodium azide, at approximately pH 7.2, and the target protein migrates at approximately 101 kDa. It is validated for use in Western blot (WB) and immunohistochemistry (IHC) and reacts with human samples, with one scientific validation image referenced.
