Anti-DGK-δ (S66) Antibody

This rabbit polyclonal antibody from Antibodies.com targets DGK-δ at the S66 residue and is supplied at 1 mg/ml in phosphate buffered saline (PBS) with 0.05% sodium azide at approximately pH 7.2.

The antibody was raised against a synthetic peptide corresponding to amino acids 34-88 of human DGK-δ and detects endogenous levels of DGK-δ protein. It is unconjugated and validated for Western blot (WB), immunohistochemistry (IHC), and immunofluorescence (IF) applications, with confirmed reactivity in human, mouse, and rat samples.

The antibody is affinity-purified from rabbit antiserum by affinity chromatography using the epitope-specific immunogen, with a stated purity of > 95% by SDS-PAGE. The target protein has a molecular weight of approximately 135 kDa.
