Description
From Antibodies.com, this primary antibody is a Rabbit polyclonal reagent raised against DGK-α and supplied unconjugated. The product is formulated at 1mg/ml in PBS with 0.1% Sodium Azide and 50% Glycerol. Validated for WB and IHC applications, it reacts with Human, Mouse and Rat samples.
The immunogen is recombinant full length Human DGK-α, and the antibody detects endogenous levels of DGK-α protein. It was affinity-purified from rabbit antiserum by affinity chromatography using epitope-specific immunogen, with purity greater than 95% by SDS-PAGE. The observed molecular weight is approximately 83kDa.
