Anti-DGK-α (A340) Antibody

A rabbit polyclonal antibody available from Antibodies.com targets DGK-α (diacylglycerol kinase alpha) and is validated for Western blot (WB) and immunohistochemistry (IHC) applications on human samples. The unconjugated reagent was raised against a synthetic peptide corresponding to amino acids 310–360 of human DGK-α and detects endogenous levels of DGK-α protein, recognising an epitope around residue A340. It is formulated at 1 mg/ml in phosphate-buffered saline (PBS) with 0.05% sodium azide, at approximately pH 7.2. The antibody is affinity-purified from rabbit antiserum by affinity-chromatography using an epitope-specific immunogen, with purity greater than 95% as determined by SDS-PAGE, and recognises a target protein of approximately 83 kDa.
