Anti-DFNA5 Antibody

Manufactured by Antibodies.com, this affinity-purified polyclonal reagent is raised in rabbit against the DFNA5 target (also known as GSDME/ICERE-1) and is supplied as a 50 µL liquid aliquot at 1 mg/mL in PBS containing 0.1% sodium azide and 50% glycerol as stabiliser. The unconjugated antibody detects endogenous levels of DFNA5 and is validated for Western blot (WB) applications, making it suitable for researchers investigating gasdermin-mediated programmed cell death, caspase-3-dependent pyroptosis and the originally described association with autosomal dominant non-syndromic hearing loss. Clonality is polyclonal with an IgG isotype, and cross-reactivity is confirmed in human, mouse and rat samples. For optimal preservation of activity, the vial should be stored according to the supplier's recommendation (typically -20 °C for long-term use, with repeated freeze/thaw cycles avoided); short-term handling at 4 °C is acceptable.
