Anti-DFNA5 Antibody

A rabbit polyclonal antibody from Antibodies.com raised against DFNA5, also referred to as DFNA5/GSDME. The reagent is of the IgG isotype and supplied unconjugated in liquid form.

Validated for Western blot (WB), immunohistochemistry (IHC), and immunocytochemistry/immunofluorescence (ICC/IF), the antibody reacts with human, mouse, and rat samples. It is affinity purified and formulated in Phosphate Buffered Saline (pH 7.3) containing 50% glycerol and 0.05% Proclin 300. Reported molecular weight values are 30 kDa and 55 kDa. The immunogen is a synthetic peptide corresponding to amino acids 200–300 of human GSDME (NP_004394.1).

Recommended starting dilutions are 1:500–1:1,000 for WB, 1:50–1:200 for IHC, and 1:50–1:100 for ICC/IF. The product is shipped at 4°C and should be aliquoted and stored at −20°C on arrival; freeze/thaw cycles should be avoided. Concentration is lot specific.
