Anti-DFFA Antibody

Produced by Antibodies.com, this rabbit polyclonal reagent recognizes DFFA (DNA Fragmentation Factor Alpha), a ~45 kDa inhibitor of caspase-activated DNase that is cleaved by caspase-3 to release CAD and trigger oligonucleosomal DNA fragmentation during apoptosis.

Supplied as 100 µl of polyclonal antiserum at 1 mg/ml in phosphate buffered saline with 0.05% sodium azide (pH ~7.3), the unconjugated antibody is validated for Western blot detection of full-length DFFA and its caspase-generated fragments in human and rat samples.
