Anti-DFFA Antibody

This rabbit polyclonal antibody from Antibodies.com targets DFFA, also referred to as ICAD (Inhibitor of Caspase-Activated DNase). The unconjugated IgG reagent has been validated for Western blot and immunocytochemistry/immunofluorescence applications and is reactive against human, mouse and rat samples. The antibody is knockout validated.

It was raised against a recombinant fusion protein corresponding to amino acids 1–331 of human DFFA (NP_004392.1). The product is supplied as a liquid in Phosphate Buffered Saline (pH 7.3) with 50% glycerol and 0.02% sodium azide, and has been affinity purified. Reported molecular weight is 35 kDa / 45 kDa. Recommended starting dilutions are 1:500–1:2,000 for WB and 1:50–1:100 for ICC/IF. Concentration is lot specific. The antibody is shipped at 4°C; upon delivery it should be aliquoted and stored at -20°C, with freeze/thaw cycles avoided.
